INSTALLMENT TERMS
10% at the conclusion of the preliminary contract;
10% in 3 months after the 1st payment;
The balance of 80% of the cost - installment payment of real estate under the contract with the developer
possibility of payment until January 1, 2027 WITHOUT APPROPRIATION
possibility of payment until January 1, 2032 - with appreciation of 3% p.a.
possibility of payment within the term up to 10 years from the date of conclusion of the contract - with 5% per annum appreciation.
Installment payments are made in quarterly installments.
In case of payment of the first installment of more than 50% upon signing the preliminary agreement, a 3% discount from the cost is provided.
Commissioning - until December 31, 2026.
